SOCIAL STUDIES
We will have a test on Friday, Feb. 10th. Students may use their journals for the test. Study guides were handed out today and we have begun to complete them as a class. Please remind your child to read over the chapter and review the questions before the test.
MATH
We are currently working on exponents and factorization. There will be a test on Chapter 14 on Tuesday, Feb. 14. Study guides will be completed and sent home on Friday. We are also reviewing all the math concepts we have studied so far this year.
COMMUNICATION ARTS
We have completed our pen pal letters and are patiently waiting for return letters. Please remind your child to send them in once they are received. The other students are very anxious to hear from any and all foreign pen pals.
We are also working on writing 'thank you' letters to the Crestwood Rotary Club for the D.A.R.E. t-shirts and a letter to Mrs. Marcinkiewicz for counselor's week.
Please remind your child to continue working on their reading logs.
SCIENCE
All prism projects are due on Monday, Feb. 13. Projects may be dropped off after school hours in the front lobby. Students may then bring them to their classrooms the next morning.
